Tropico 3 will be published by Kalypso Media, who purchased the game's worldwide rights from Take-Two Interactive. The third Tropico game is said to be based on the first - which probably means that you'll be ruling over a small Caribbean nation (rather than a pirate stronghold as with Tropico 2).
